Founded in 1992, this cooperative supports women from marginalised rural communities in the Himalayan region of Northern India. The craftswomen are shareholders in the company, owning 100% of their business. The money BANJAARA pays for our beautiful knits goes directly to them, without any middlmen taking a cut.
