Fully lined in a matching silk chiffon with the sleeves left unlined

wide legs and a simple cut through the bodice and sleeves and just slips  on and zips

It is much better in person

The skirt can be puffed out to create the shape that you see. It's from the fall 1981 Couture show. You can see that on the runway it had an added bow and extra layer and the Couture client for this dress simplify that, and I think this actually works even better.
