5" inner circumference there seems to be a spot on the base of the hat at the back between where the two sides sweep in towards each other that has no feathers but I cant tell if this is deliberate or they have been lost

The skirt is fully lined in a navy silk and the top is unlined but beautifully finished inside

collars and edges all have contrasting print and there is a bold centerpiece print at the back

This is the type of dress you will only ever find in vintage and it is probably a one off
