Everything about it is darling from the braided finishes at the neck and cuffs to those fantastic pom poms hanging from the ties at the neck

Side pockets sit on each hip along the seam on the pants and there are also pockets along the seam of the side slit on the jacket

Note the gown is cut on the bias so the measurements are a reflection of that - it will drape into place

I pulled it from my archives and only when I began to photo it did I realize that the fabric had faded

The scarf has hand rolled edges

The entire neckline and front is heavily beaded and that stunning bead work continues all around the waistline as well. The base fabric is a off white silk blend and the beads themselves a combination of gold and a true white. Set so that they actually stack atop on another the entire beaded detailing has a fabulous 3D effect. I love how the pattern is almost jewel like in feel like a huge elaborate necklace
