1960s Mr Mort Rich Printed Velvet Wrap Dress or Coat designer-frank-usher Item# E516This is a gorgeous, and versatile little wrap dress by Mr Mort that has a beautiful print screened onto a plush cotton velvet. The Mr Mort label was at the height of it's success during the sixties and some of the ideas that Stan Herman,, the designer for the label during the 60s, were producing were pretty cutting edge, like putting dresses over pants. One can easily imagine that this is one of those pieces that he would have styled in that way. The
