Based on the lines and construction and other examples I have had in the shop I would say that this extraordinary dress dates to the mid sixties. It is from the Dior Paris Boutique and the label is numbered so this would have been a special or custom order by a client made in the ateliers under Marc Bohan for Dior. I see no machine work
