The skirt is quite full and has pleated gathers at the waist and low slung hidden side pockets

It slips over the head to wear with no other closures

It moves wonderfully and you can of course wear it without a crinoline too

Over the shoulders is a panel of fabric that creates a caped effect and under this the back is completely open

This particular colorway is more rare and one of my absolute favorites
