The frame is solid sterling silver with import marks for London 1937 1938. The makers' mark is R L & Co. The frame is highly decorated on the front with hundreds of marcasite stones in the art deco style. The handle is heavyweight grosgrain ribbon. Satin lined, the label reads Luxury Needlepoint Tapestries and the
