The spoons have a very traditional Hanoverian design, complete with a pronounced upward turn at the end of the handle and a rat tail design on the back of the bowl. The spoons are quite sturdy and well made, with a nice feeling of weight, made from thick heavy silver throughout and quite resistant to bending. Each spoon is monogrammed on the handle
