In 2005 the horses were led out and the barrels rolled back into the 300 year old winery and

production has always been kept at an artisanal level

Is located in the south of France and also in the south of the Rhone Valley. Christophe is a perfectionist, passionate and visionary winemaker that has chosen to respect the terroir. The estate is organic in its entirety, with a biodynamic approach in the land and
