Junction Orchard & Cidery - Elderflower Cider one year after the firstA celebration of the Island in spring. Made with apples from Mill Bay and wild foraged elderflower from Port Hardy. Light and delicate with just a hint of sweetness. Tastes like white grapes, lychee, pear, fresh grass and honey. Wild fermented, unfiltered and minimal sulfites added. Some sediment is normal
