It's loaded with 15 different malts

we blended lambic from four different barrels and ten different brews

For this cider we used a blend of Yarlington Mill and Chisel Jersey from the 2023 season aged in Bordeaux barrels for 9 months

The result is a slightly pink Lambic

The beer is distinctly sweet

Cantillon Sang Bleu (2026) Style_Imperial Porter It's loaded with 15 differentPreviously called "Camerise Lambic" Lambic blend with blue honeysuckle, or haskap, berries. For the past two years, weve been making a fruited blend with Camerise berries in small quantities. These berries are slightly sweet with a beautiful acidity. We didnt have to look very far for a its new name a blue fruit that makes a blood red beer: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has outdone himself once again, creating a superb new label to go with its new name.
