This classic Tieguanyin has been slowly wood charcoal fired for a fuller flavour and deep, rich body with honey notes. The baking process is carefully monitored by a specialist in the village, over approximately a 30 hour period. The temperature maintained at around 60c to ensure an even roast that gives the tea distinct characteristics without scorching the tea and producing
