Every other footbed is just a crappy piece of foam. Not the twin. We added a 3m adhesive bottom to keep everything from sliding around We also added ridges to grip the bottom of the liner as well and add dampening and shock absorption. For the material we used an EVA closed celled foam to resist moisture and odor.
