Bali "Blue Moon" Swiss Water Process Sidamo exhibits the best qualitiesWe introduce Bali "Blue Moon" grown and processed in the Kintamani Highlands in northern Bali by small scale family farmers who are members of traditional family organizations called Subak Abians. Shade grown and planted among orange and tangerine trees at elevations of 1,200 to 1,600 meters, this hand picked coffee is semi washed with a two step sun drying process which adds complexity and a wild sweetness. With medium acidity and body, this coffee
